Ashanti Regional Division Two Middle League kicks off at Baba Yara stadium in Kumasi

The Ashanti Regional Division Two Middle League (promotional tournament) took off on Friday April 28, 2023 with Eight (8) teams battling for a spot in the National Division One League.

The competing clubs include, Royal Kumapem from Asante Mampong, Konongo First Klass FC, Atwima Koforidua Pro Players Academy, Offinso PAC Academy, Benab FC, Kumasi Academicals, Jachie United with Mahala Academy qualifying as the best runner-up among the various Zones making it eight teams.

The teams have been divided into two groups. Each team will play 3 matches. Group leaders at the end of the matches would play in the final game for the single Division One League spot.

The Kumasi Baba Yara Sports Stadium will host all the games. It starts from Friday, April 28 – Saturday, May 6, 2023.

Royal Kumapem – Asante Mampong
