Black Princesses head coach Yusif Basigi says his side “have a lot of work to do” ahead of upcoming WAFU B Girls U-20 Cup of Nations.
Ghana is booked to host the 1st edition of the tournament which is scheduled for Kumasi from Saturday, May 20 to Sunday, June 04, 2023.
Basigi is hoping to be ready with a formidable team before the start of the tournament.
“Looking at the task ahead, we have unlimited time so we have to jump on some household names in the team and some very good potentials in the under 17.
“We are going to blend them together to raise a formidable team”
Ghana is paired in Group A alongside Benin and Cote D’Ivoire whilst Nigeria, Niger, Togo and Burkina Faso make up Group B.
