Kotoku Royals forward Francis Andy Kumi is confident the club can survive Ghana Premier League relegation after their change in fortunes in recent weeks.
The Royals have yet to lose a game since their switch from Cape Coast to Dawu – following three straight wins at their adopted home ground.
However the club continue to stay at the bottom of the standings with 17 points – 3 points behind Tamale City and 6 adrift of 16th place Legon Cities.
“What Kotoku needs is the support of our fans. We can escape relegation and the inclusion of myself and other key players to the squad has brought some life into the team”, he told Happy FM.
“We need to believe we can escape relegation and I’m calling on all Kotoku Royals fans to rally their support behind us” he added.
