Ghanaian defender Denis Odoi has suffered an injury in Club Brugge’s loss to Benfica in the UEFA Champions League first-leg.
The Belgians hosted the Portuguese giants on home soil but succumbed to a 2-0 defeat following goals from Mario Joao and David Neres.
Odoi was substituted in the 65th minute after walking gingerly at the Jan Breydel stadium.
The 35-year-old defender is expected to see the club doctor for a successful assessment ahead of their game this weekend in the Belgium Jupiler Pro league.
