Coach Didi Dramani has hailed Chris Hughton after his appointment as Black Stars head coach describing him as a “complete person”.
The former Tottenham Hotspurs trainer was named as new gaffer of Ghana’s male national team by the Ghana Football Association, replacing Otto Addo who walked away after the country’s exit from the 2022 World Cup.
The football governing body maintained Didi Dramani and George Boateng as assistants for the Hughton.
Having had the chance to work with the 64-year-old again, Dramani said, “he is a complete person but with huge experience, with huge maturity in terms of his experience and knowledge of the game boxed together, makes him more matured,” He told JoySports.
“He is a human-centred person. He connects people a lot and the person who connects people a lot tells you that he is someone who really stands out for development.”
Chris Hughton will commence his job when the Black Stars take on Angola in a 2023 Africa Cup of Nations qualifiers.
