Waalwijk broke the deadlock in the 17th minute through Mats Seuntjens with a fine goal.
Substitute Brian Brobbey levelled matters within five minutes of his presence on the pitch.
Jurrien Timber scored the second goal to make it 2-1 on the 78th minute mark before in-form Kudus scored the third goal to.seal the win.
The 22-year-old now has eight goals and one assist in 20 games this season for Ajax Amsterdam this season.
