Wilkado Construction Company Limited have resumed work on the Ho Youth Resource Center as the facility is set to host this year’s Independence Day anniversary.
A sod cutting on July 10, 2018 saw the edifice abandoned and left at the mercy of the weather despite nearing completion.
Some of the seats were getting broken with the metals also rusting as the unwanted grasses became the breeding ground for reptiles and other unfriendly animals.
This year’s Independence Day celebration is set to be held in Ho as hundreds of schools and security services are expected to line up at the youth resource center for the anniversary.
A visit to the site reveals that, the contractor has since return to work as tantra tracks has been cleared with other finishing touches steadily progressing.
