Simba SC have contacted former Black Stars coach Kwasi Appiah for a technical director job.
The Tanzanian top-flight side are understood to have spoken to Appiah about the move, according to Kumasi-based FM station, Oyerepa.
The 64-year-old, who recently applied to head the Black Stars technical team for the third time, is currently not attached to a club.
Appiah was once a head coach of Sudanese club Al Khartoun where he served from 2014-2017.
Simba SC are currently second on the Tanzanian Premier league table with 50 points after playing 21 matches.
