We wasted chances against Hearts of Oak – King Faisal coach Jimmy Cobblah

Kinh Faisal head coach Kimmy Cobblah is not happy with his team’s inability to take their chances during their game against Accra Hearts of Oak.

King Faisal held Hearts of Oak to a goalless draw on Thursday night at Baba Yara Sports Stadium in week 12 of the 2022/23 Ghana Premier League.

The draw leaves the Kumasi-based club just a point away from the drop zone.

“I think we played with a good side but I think we were so wasteful in front of goal. We missed chances and its all about maturity that’s why I told they are improving match after match and I believe that with time they will come on board,” he said after the game.

“This is the team we came to meet we are yet to beef up and we believe that there will be competition in the team and it is going to help. Some of the chances we missed were unpardonable but that is football for you,”

King Faisal will next play Tamale City at Baba Yara Sports Stadium while Hearts of Oak host Samartex, all on Sunday.
