Uruguay coach Diego Alonso has handed starts to Federico Valverde, Luis Suarez and Rodrigo Bentancur in his starting XI to face Ghana’s Black Stars in Friday afternoon’s final Group H clash at the 2022 FIFA World Cup.
Alonso has opted to deploy Real Madrid star-man Valverde in central midfield alongside Bentancur as Manchester United youngster Facundo Pellistri and Giorgian de Arrascaeta operate from the wings with Luis Suarez and Darwin Nunez leading the attacking lines.
