Ghana defender, Dennis Odoi has declared the Black Stars readiness for their opener against Portugal in the World Cup.
The Africans face the 2016 European champions on Thursday, November 24 at the Stadium 974.
The stakes are high as many predict that the Black Stars will exact revenge after losing to the Portuguese at the global tournament in Brazil in 2014.
“We are here to play our game. We want to win as a team, we want to represent Ghana,” Dennis Odoi told the press in an interview.
In their most recent pre-World Cup friendly, Ghana defeated Switzerland 2-0, which instilled a lot of confidence in the team’s camp.
