Ghanaian striker Abdul Majid Waris extended his wonderful goalscoring run in Hacken’s 3-2 loss to Helsinborg on Sunday.
The 20-year-old scored in the 58th minute to pull Hacken level only for them to be pegged back by a Daniel Nordmark strike to win it for the hosts.
Waris has now scored in three consecutive games in the Swedish top-flight feeding into his overall tally of seven goals in eight matches.
The graduate of leading football academy in Ghana, Right to Dream, earned his first senior national team call up in Ghana’s 1-1 draw with Chile in an international friendly back in February.
