Berekum Chelsea will leave Accra on Friday morning for their CAF Champions League final round second leg qualifier against CotonSport Garoua.
The Ghanaian side have faint hopes of making it to the money zone of the competition after the first leg ended 0-0 in Berekum.
Chelsea captain Mohammed Abdul Basit returns after missing the first encounter due to suspension.
Striker Wahab Yahaya has also regained his fitness and joined the side in place of Prince Papa Arkoh who is injured.
Chelsea are the only Ghanaian representative playing continental football this year.
The match will be played at the Stade Omnisport de Garoua.
