Ghana international, Thomas Partey is buzzing after helping Arsenal to defeat Chelsea 1-0 in the English Premier League.
The highly-rated midfielder started for the Gunners today when the team locked horns with the Blues in an away match staged at Stamford Bridge.
In what was a matchday 14 encounter of the English Premier League, both teams put up a good fight in the first half but neither side managed to get on the scoresheet.
After recess, Arsenal had the better of Chelsea and did the needful by scoring through Gabriel Magalhaes in the 63rd minute.
The Brazilian connected to a corner kick from talented youngster Bukayo Saka and found the back of the net.
Throughout the game, Thomas Partey dictated play in the midfield to ensure Arsenal had the right balance.
Eventually, at the end of the 90 minutes, he was among the best players for the visitors as they bagged the maximum three points.
