Famous Kingsley Keep Fit Club Inter High School gala set for grueling semi-finals today at Akyem Asiakwa –

The famous Kingsley Keep Fit Club Inter High School gala enters the semi-finals at the Abuakwa South Municipality with an enthralling contest today. 

Kibi Technical Institute (KITECH) will battle Asafo Senior High School (ASASHS) in the first semi-final match at the SOS Park at Akyem Asiakwa while St. Stephens Senior High School (STEPSS) will take on Abuakwa State College (ABUSCO) in the other second semi-final.

It’s promises to be exciting with a number of mushrooming talents on display since the start of the championship.

KITECH and STEPSS have been dominant so far in the competition, topping their groups on four points each.

Former Hearts of Oak star Bernard Dong Bortey has been spearheading the title challenge of STEPSS while ex-Asante Kotoko winger Francis Akwaffo is leading the onslaught for KITECH.

Two others schools Akyema Apedwa and Kibi Technical High School failed to qualify from their respective groups and will watch the semi-finals from the stands.

The Kingsley Inter High School gala is an initiate of the Registrar of the Schorlarship Secretariat Kingsley Agyemang.

Awards. 

The First runner up will walk away with a cash prize of GHC3,000, a set of jerseys, 10 footballs, 300 exercise books with all final years of the school being given free registration for the maiden WAEC online past question.

The ultimate winner will be given a cash prize of GHC5000, a set of jerseys, 15 footballs, 500 exercise books, free registration for the WAEC online past questions for all final year students of the school, a chance to watch all Black Stars game in Ghana for this year in the country and a project not costing more than GHC20,000 will be undertaken in the school.

Again, special prizes will be given to individuals who excel during the competition including the Luki Golden Boot Award for the top goal scorer, the GFA Best Player Award, and the Buela Golden Gloves Award for the best goalkeeper who will all have the opportunity to go to Qatar to watch for the 2022 World Cup.
