The Ghana left-back describes his loan spell as very good but knows Porto, who are into the Europa League Final and have qualified for next season’s Champions League, offer more prospects.
“It was a little rough in the middle of the season when I got my second red card but it went good and has helped me show what I am capable of doing. It has helped my self confidence and my game tremendously to”, he told KickOffGhana.com.
With that self confidence, Addy will head back to Porto keen to fight for his place. “I am ready to go back but regular football means a lot to me so we will see how it goes. I want to play regularly and I will give everything to do that at Porto,” he says.
