Arsenal captain Martin Odegaard has hailed the qualities of Ghana international Thomas Partey to the club.
The Gunners are yet to lose a match in the English Premier League this season with the midfielder in the lineup.
Partey was not involved in the Manchester United clash at Old Trafford which is the club’s only defeat in the English top-flight.
Speaking on Supersport Tv Odegaard said: “Thomas Partey is an amazing player, the job he is doing, sometimes you don’t see it but it’s so important to us.”
“He gives me and some of the players a lot of freedom because he is always there to protect us and win balls. Also on the ball, he is also great to find the pass inbetween the lines
It’s always great to play with him.” he stated.
Partey has scored four goals for Arsenal since joining them in 2020.
