Kylian Mbappe has scored against every opponent he has faced in La Liga since joining Real Madrid, extending a remarkable 100% record with his latest goal against Racing Santander.
The French forward’s achievement was strengthened when he found the net against the Cantabrian club, the 24th team he has played against in Spain’s top flight. Despite the pressure surrounding the occasion, Mbappe again made the decisive contribution, adding Racing Santander to a growing list of La Liga opponents against whom he has scored.
His goal came in dramatic circumstances. Following a controversial refereeing decision that awarded Real Madrid a penalty, Mbappe stepped up and sent the goalkeeper the wrong way with a powerful strike to give his side a 1-0 lead.
The goal ensured Mbappe maintained his perfect record against every La Liga team he has faced. He had moved close to completing the feat after scoring twice against Malaga and Elche, but the match against Racing Santander provided the opportunity to make the record complete.
Mbappe’s scoring form has also placed him at the top of the La Liga scoring charts and in contention for the European Golden Shoe. He has scored 15 goals this season, including 12 in La Liga.
His overall league record for Real Madrid now stands at 68 goals in 76 appearances. He has scored against every club he has faced in the competition, without exception.
The 24-year-old is expected to have another chance to add to the record before Christmas, when Deportivo become the next opponent in his path. That fixture will offer Mbappe an opportunity to continue a run that has seen him score against every La Liga side he has met since moving to Spain.
Real Madrid’s schedule also includes a Champions League match against AEK Athens on 04 November 2026, followed by a La Liga fixture against Malaga on 07 November 2026. Racing Santander are listed as another upcoming opponent in the club’s domestic schedule.
Mbappe’s latest goal further underlines the consistency of his output in a Real Madrid shirt. Across 76 league matches, he has continued to find a way past every defence he has encountered, while his current tally keeps him leading the domestic scoring race and competing for Europe’s leading individual scoring prize.
