The GFA said in a statement issued on Monday, 2 November, that Peral had been charged with breaching Article 12(1)(h) of the GFA Disciplinary Code, 2019.
The Portuguese coach has until Wednesday, 4 November 2026, to respond to the allegation and submit his defence to the disciplinary committee.
The charge relates to an alleged altercation between Peral and Adade during the league fixture. The incident led the GFA to begin formal disciplinary proceedings.
The association will consider Peral’s response before deciding what action, if any, should follow. Any further sanctions will depend on the outcome of that process.
The case comes as the GFA continues to apply its disciplinary regulations during the 2026/27 Ghana Premier League season.
