Netherlands-Ghana centre-forward Kevin Brobbey has joined Cyprus League club Krasava ENY from Romanian side FC Arges on a free transfer.
The 33-year-old has signed a contract running until 31 May 2027, completing his move on 4 September 2026. Brobbey arrives with experience from clubs in Romania, Turkey, Saudi Arabia, Scotland, the Czech Republic, Austria, England and the Netherlands.
Brobbey spent the most recent part of his career with FC Arges, having joined the Romanian club in September 2025 after a period without a club. Before that, he had been with FC Buzau, for whom he signed as a free agent in February 2025 following his departure from Saudi Arabian side Al-Batin.
The striker’s career has included a number of free transfers. He joined Al-Batin from UTA Arad in July 2024, moved to UTA Arad from FC Rapid 1923 in October 2023 and switched to Rapid from Kayserispor in September 2022.
Brobbey also spent time on loan at Sepsi OSK during the 2021-22 season after joining Kayserispor from Romanian club FC Viitorul for €800,000 in February 2021. He made 14 SuperLiga appearances for Sepsi in the championship group and helped the club win the Romanian Cup during the 2021-22 campaign.
Earlier in his career, the Eindhoven-born forward played for Ross County, Slovan Liberec, SKN St Polten and Northampton. He won the Czech Cup with Slovan Liberec in the 2014-15 season, adding to the Romanian Cup success he later achieved with Sepsi.
Brobbey began his development in the Netherlands with Zeeburgia, AFC and AZ Alkmaar, progressing through AZ’s under-17, under-19 and under-21 teams before moving to Ross County in July 2013. He is listed at 1.85m and is a right-footed centre-forward.
His career record includes 93 appearances and 19 goals in the SuperLiga, while he has also scored 14 goals in 32 appearances in the competition’s relegation group. In the Romanian Cup, he has five goals from 13 appearances.
Krasava ENY have secured Brobbey’s services without a transfer fee, with the forward’s contract in Cyprus lasting until the end of May 2027.
