Ghana’s Kwasi Sibo has expressed determination ahead of the Black Stars’ final World Cup qualifiers.
Speaking to 3Sports ahead of the crucial matches against the Central African Republic and Comoros, Sibo emphasized the team’s resolve to secure qualification for the 2026 FIFA World Cup.
“Back to the national assignment. We have two big games. We have to kill it.”
Ghana currently tops Group I with 19 points, needing just one more win to confirm their spot in the global tournament.
The 25-year-old Real Oviedo midfielder believes his team has the talent and drive to succeed.
Ghana’s World Cup qualification would mark a significant milestone for the team, which has previously appeared in four World Cups: Germany 2006, South Africa 2010, Brazil 2014, and Qatar 2022.
The matches against the Central African Republic and Comoros will be played on October 8 and 12.
