The Black Stars of Ghana may be without striker Inaki Williams for the final round of the 2026 FIFA World Cup qualifiers, following an injury scare over the weekend.
Williams was forced off in the 53rd minute, with his younger brother Nico Williams coming on as his replacement.
Athletic Club have yet to disclose the nature or severity of the injury.
The 28-year-old forward was included in Otto Addo’s 24-man squad for the decisive fixtures against Central African Republic and Comoros
However, his participation is now in doubt after picking up an injury in Athletic Club’s 2-1 La Liga victory over RCD Mallorca on Saturday.
