Black Stars manager Chris Hughton says he is anticipating a tough test from Central African Republic in the final African Cup of nations qualifier on Thursday.
Ghana will host Central African Republic (CAR) in a crucial qualifier set for September 7th.
Hughton and his lads are in need of a win to make their 10th straight Africa Cup of Nations finals following nine consecutive appearances since 2006.
“I don’t know what to expect apart from a hard game it is always going to be a tough game,” he told Metro TV.
He went on to emphasize, “This is a big competition with some good teams and we will have to make sure we compete well enough to win the game”
The Black Stars currently lead the group with nine points, closely followed by Angola with eight points and the Central African Republic with seven points.
