2022 World Cup-bound referee Bakary Papa Gassama will direct affairs when Ghana takes on Mozambique at home in the second round of the qualifiers for Morocco 2023 U-23 Africa Cup of Nations (Afcon).
The match – also the second leg of this tie – has been confirmed for the Baba Yara Sports Stadium in Kumasi on Sunday, October 30.
43-year-old referee Gassama has been handed Gambian compatriots Abdul Aziz Bollel Jawo and Omar Darboe as Assistants I and II respectively.
The Fourth Official is Lamin N. Jammeh also from the Gambia.
Koudougou David Yaméogo from Burkina Faso will work as the Match Commissioner.
