2023/24 Ghana Premier League: Week 32 Match Report – Berekum Chelsea 2-0 Real Tamale United

Berekum Chelsea made their home count after beating Real Tamale United at the Golden City Park on Sunday to secure maximum points in matchday 32 of the Ghana Premier League.

The Bibires were poised to snatch victory to bounce back to winning ways, having succumbed to a 3-2 defeat in their previous encounter.

The 2011 Ghana Premier League winners prevailed with a 2-0 win over the Pride of North, deepening their woes in the fight against relegation.

Goals from Kusi Pandrous and Stephen Amankona propelled Chelsea to snatch victory to merit the three maximum points in the game.

The home team opened the scoring through Kusi Pandrous in the 38th minute before Amankona, who chasing the Premier League goal king prize doubled the advantage for Chelsea.

Coach Samuel Boadu’s outfit went to the halftime break with the advantage following an impressive first half.

And with no additional goal in the second half, Chelsea cruised to victory, snatching all points at stake.

Chelsea have moved to the seventh position on the league log with 47 points whiles RTU remains bottom with 31 matches, with two matches to end the campaign.
