Nations FC rebounded to winning ways with a 4-1 win when they hosted Nsoatreman on Sunday at the Dr Kwame Kyei Sports Complex in match week 17 of the 2023/24 Ghana Premier League.
The win takes Nations FC from seventh to fourth with 27 points, five behind leaders Samartex while Nsoatreman dropped from fourth to fifth.
The visitors went into the break with the lead after scoring in the 44th minute.
Seven minutes after the first half break, Nations FC equalised through Bismark Gyasi before Asamoah Boateng scored a fast brace to put the game beyond Maxwell Konadu’s side.
Boateng netted his first goal in the 69th minute before adding the second in the 87th minute.
Nafiu Sulemana wrapped up the game with the fourth goal in the third minute of stoppage time.
The result means Nations FC are still unbeaten at home this season and the first round in the top four of the Ghana Premier League.
