Coach Otto Addo took the players through their paces on Monday with much focus on tactics.
The technical team are fine tuning the minor details to get the players ready for the important showdown against the European side.
The Group H fixture is scheduled for the Stadium 974, Ras Abu Aboud city, Qatar.
This will be the first meeting between Portugal and Ghana since 2014 when the two teams played at the World Cup. Portugal ran out 2-1 winners back then.
