An outstanding debut performance from striker Abednego Tetteh has led Bibiani Gold Stars to a resounding 3-2 victory against Tamale City FC.
The former Hearts of Oak forward only joined Gold Stars on Friday after he was signed by fellow Ghana Premier League club King Faisal.
Today, he was given the chance to debut for his new club and did not disappoint.
In a game where Tamale City FC poster boy Sampson Eduku bagged a brace for the home team, Bibiani Gold Stars had Abednego Tetteh respond in equal measure.
Before his first goal, a strike from Emmanuel Apau had halved the deficit for Gold Stars.
Later in the game, goals from Abednego Tetteh in the 68th and the 6th minute of extra time respectively sealed the 3-2 win for the away team.
It is a debut the experienced forward will never forget.
