Hearts of Oak’s head coach, Aboubakar Ouattara, shared his pre-match confidence boost to his team before their victorious clash against Nsoatreman FC last Sunday.
The “Rainbow Family” clinched a 2-1 win in the 19th matchday fixture of the Ghana Premier League at Nana Koromansah Park, with goals scored by Salifu Ibrahim and Cisse Kassim securing the triumph.
This win marks consecutive victories for Hearts of Oak under the leadership of their new Ivorian coach, Ouattara Aboubakar.
Reflecting on his pre-game pep talk, Ouattara revealed his message to the team: “I told my boys that we can beat Nsoatreman FC 3-1, so they should play their normal game.
“They have listened to me and here we are with the result although it was not what l predicted but we won that is all.”
The win propels Hearts of Oak to the seventh position in the league, accumulating 27 points.
The team looks forward to their next match against Bofoakwa Tano, aiming to continue their winning streak.
