Yussif Basigi leaves Hasaacas Ladies for Simba Queens

Experienced Ghanaian coach Yussif Basigi has left Hasaacas Ladies to join Tanzanian side Simba Queens.

After 21 remarkable years at the helm, Basigi has decided to embrace a new challenge.

Sources close to the club confirm that Basigi’s departure was amicable, with both parties agreeing to part ways following his request to join Simba Queens.

Basigi is expected to sign with Simba Queens in the coming days, marking an exciting new chapter in his distinguished coaching career.

During his two-decade tenure, Basigi led Hasaacas Ladies to unprecedented success, including five Ghana Women’s Premier League titles and a CAF Women’s Champions League final appearance, where they narrowly lost to Mamelodi Sundowns.
