Tanzanian outfit Young Africans have shown interest in signing Ghanaian goalkeeper Richard Ofori on a free transfer.
According to reports from Kickoffghana.com, the club representatives have contacted the goalkeeper, and he has agreed to personal terms.
Young Africans are considering bringing in the former Orlando Pirates goalkeeper to strengthen their squad with his experience on the continent ahead of the next season’s campaign.
Ofori left South African outfit Orlando Pirates FC after his contract expired at the end of the 2023/24 PSL season.
The 30-year-old goalkeeper made three appearances last season after losing his position due to injuries and contract issues.
He represented Ghana during the 2023 TotalEnergies Africa Cup of Nations tournament in Ivory Coast last January.
