Former Ghana international Michael Essien has lauded Black Stars players for their campaign at the 2022 FIFA World Cup tournament in Qatar.
The former Ghana player heaped kind words on the the team and the performance despite their early exit from the tournament this year.
Ghana suffered a 2-0 defeat in their final Group H game against Uruguay which cost them a place in the next stage of the 2022 FIFA World Cup tournament.
The four time African champions finished their outing in the world biggest football tournament with just three points after playing three matches.
