Head coach of Nsoatreman FC Yaw Preko, has vowed his team will make Ghana proud in their maiden CAF Confederation Cup campaign.
The Amanaso-based outfit qualified for the competition after winning the Ghana FA Cup last season, defeating Bofoakwa Tano in a penalty shootout.
Nsoatreman FC will face Chadian side Elect Sport in the first preliminary round, scheduled for August 16.
In an interview with Kessben FM, Preko emphasized his team’s commitment to success:
“We know the task ahead of our us and for that matter and what we should do before the competition kick off”
“We will work tirelessly and make sure we make Ghana proud in the CAF Confederation Cup. ” he said
Preparations are underway for the new season, with Nsoatreman FC finishing second in the recently concluded Nsenkyire Cup in Sameraboi as Samartex emerged as champions.
