University of Ghana Stadium to host rescheduled Women’s Football Finals Festival on May 18

On Sunday, May 18, 2025, the University of Ghana Stadium in Legon will host the climax of the women’s football season; a free, double-header festival featuring the Women’s FA Cup Final at 3:00 pm and the Malta Guinness Women’s Premier League Final at 6:00 pm, open to all.

Ampem Darkoa Ladies

First, Jonina Ladies and Faith Ladies, fresh from semifinal wins over Rootz Sistaz and Hasaacas Ladies, respectively will contest the FA Cup final.

Earlier rounds saw Army Ladies FC defeat Epiphany Warriors 2–1 and Police Ladies FC overcome Supreme Ladies FC 3–1 to reach the semis.

Later, the Malta Guinness Premier League crown will be decided as Northern Zone champions Ampem Darkoa take on Southern Zone victors Police Ladies, who earned their spot by dethroning Hasaacas Ladies.
