Ghanaian striker Emile Acquah scored for Maidenhead United during their National League match against Torquay United at Plainmoor Torquay, Devon on Tuesday.
Torquay took the lead after Will Goodwin scored his third goal of the year. After a lengthy pause due to Kieron Evans’ injury, Goodwin scored on United’s opening assault.
In the final 12 seconds of the first half, Emile Acquah scored a header from close range to tie the score, but Aaron Jarvis quickly put Torquay back in front with a beautiful goal.
A few seconds before halftime, Maidenhead United’s Charlee Adams scored from the penalty spot.
Remy Clerima sealed the victory for the Magpies added time to the break the hearts of Torquay fans.
