Ansgar Knauff scored in Eintracht Frankfurt’s 2-1 win against Augsburg in the German Bundesliga on Saturday.
The hosts got off to a good start in the WWK ARENA in the first attack, Ermedin Demirovic controlled the ball in midfield and assisted Mergim Berisha, who quickly turned around and placed a shot to the left corner of the net to make it 1-0.
Rode scored for Frankfurt after great work from Éric Junior Dina Ebimbe and Mario Götze on the right wing in the 13th minute.
After halftime, Ansgar Knauff came on to replace Pellegrini and immediately had the first striking action.
In the 64th minute, Ansgar Knauff took the ball in the penalty area with his left after a brief dribble and released a shot that went straight into the net with FCA goalkeeper completely beaten.
Ansgar Knauff has played nine games and scored one goal this season.
Eintracht Frankfurt are currently 5th with 23 points after 13 games in the Bundesliga.
