The Ethiopian FA has named Ghanaian defender Edwin Frimpong Tuffour’s magnificent free kick for St. George versus Dire Dawa Kenema on Monday evening as the best goal of week 18.
Frimpong scored twice in the game, the second of which was a stunning left-footed free kick outside the penalty box.
He has now scored four goals in his previous three games for the league leaders, and he has been named man of the match twice.
Edwin Frimpong Tuffour previously played for Ghanaian clubs Liberty Professionals and Kumasi Asante Kotoko before moving to Ethiopia.
He played ten games for Liberty Professionals and played forty games for Kumasi Asante Kotoko.
