VIDEO| Daniel Barnieh Afriyie’s first words as a FC Zurich player

Ghanaian striker Daniel Afriyie Barnieh has been unveiled as FC Zurich’s latest signing in the ongoing transfer window.

The 21 year old joined the Swiss Super League giants on a three year deal from Accra Hearts of Oak. 

Barnieh, in a video posted by the club following the announcement on Tuesday, shared his excitement about joining the project.

Marinko Jurendic, head of sport at FCZ, comments on the transfer as follows: “Daniel Afriyie is a dynamic and versatile attacking player who has a courageous style of play. He should take the next step in development at FCZ and give our game further opportunities forward.”
