The UEFA Champions League semi-final ties have been confirmed.
After intriguing quarter-final clashes, Manchester City and Liverpool joined Real Madrid and Villarreal in the last four, setting up England vs Spain ties.
City scraped through with a 1-0 aggregate win over Atletico Madrid following a scoreless draw at the Wendo Metropolitano on Wednesday night.
Liverpool, on the other hand, survived a late Benfica scare to sail through with a 6-4 win aggregate following a 3-3 draw at Anfield in the second leg.
Here is the semi-final lineup;
- Manchester City vs Real Madrid
- Liverpool vs Villarreal
When are the matches;
The first legs are set for the end of April, with the second legs a week later.
