Twenty two referees to receive FIFA badges for 2024

Twenty-two Referees will receive FIFA Refereeing badges for the year 2024, according to the list sent by FIFA for the year.

10 Referees and 10 Assistant Referees will all receive badges for the year.

Two male referees have also been included as Ghana’s first Beach Soccer Referee and Futsal Referee respectively.

Also, Ghana’s Daniel Nii Ayi Laryea has been retained as a FIFA VAR Referee and is currently ranked Number 4 in Africa.

In all, 12 male referees and assistant will receive the badges while 8 female referees and assistants have been named in the list sent by FIFA.
