Five promising Ghanaian youngsters have left Accra for trials in Europe after impressing at the Great Corinthians Tournament in May.
The players; Edmund Asante, Emmanuel Appiah, Acheampong Hayford, Samuel Coffie, and Owusu Ansah Prince will undergo trials at clubs including Austrian side Sturm Graz and Belgian outfit Zulte Waregem.
Their standout performances caught the attention of scouts, earning them a shot at professional contracts abroad.
This move highlights the growing impact of grassroots tournaments in Ghana, which continue to unearth raw talent for the global stage.
