Ghanaian attacking midfielder Mohammed Kudus expressed strong confidence in his ability to excel at West Ham United, emphasizing that he has much more to contribute to the club.
Kudus netted for West Ham in the 13th minute, before it was cancelled out by Odsonne Edouard’s equalizer for Crystal Palace in the 53rd minute.
The goal marked Kudus’ third in the English Premier League and his sixth overall since joining West Ham from Dutch side Ajax Amsterdam.
“I believe a lot in myself, and I am putting in the effort every day to be the best. It is still the beginning for me, and I feel there is a lot more I can offer.”
The draw prevented West Ham from securing their fifth consecutive win in all competitions.
West Ham is set to face Tottenham Hotspurs in another London derby on Thursday, December 7, at 20:15 GMT at the Spurs Stadium.
