An insight into why Erling Haaland opted to sign for Manchester City this summer has been provided.
The news that Manchester City fans were hoping for and the rest of the Premier League was dreading arrived on Tuesday.
Manchester City confirmed that they had reached an agreement in principle for the transfer of Haaland.

But why did Haaland opt to sign for Manchester City? After all, the likes of Real Madrid and FC Barcelona were also said to have been keen on the hitman.
