Nigeria’s Super Eagles have arrived in Fès, Morocco, to begin their 2025 Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) campaign.
The team, led by coach Eric Chelle, touched down on Thursday after a preparatory camp in Cairo, Egypt.
The Super Eagles will be based in Fès for the group stage, with all their matches scheduled at the Complexe Sportif de Fès.
The team includes star players like Victor Osimhen, Ademola Lookman, and Wilfred Ndidi, who will be looking to lead Nigeria to a fourth AFCON title.
Nigeria is drawn in Group C alongside Tanzania, Tunisia, and Uganda, and will face Tanzania in their opening match on December 23.
The Super Eagles recently played a friendly against Egypt, losing 2-1, which will serve as a test for their preparations.
With all 28 players now in camp, coach Chelle is expected to finalize his squad and tactics for the tournament.
