A brilliant moment stemming from the meeting between Burnley and Southampton has piqued widespread attentions online on Thursday evening.
The Clarets and Saints, of course, went head to head a short time ago, in the last of the Premier League’s midweek fixtures.
The fixture proved of particular importance to the former, who, on the back of the dismissal of beloved boss Sean Dyche, remained in the thick of the relegation battle ahead of kick-off, sitting four points adrift of Everton in 17th.
Nevertheless, though, amid a tense atmosphere at Turf Moor, proceedings were brought to a complete late in the first-half.
This came as, just minutes prior to the interval, Southampton pair Mohamed Elyounoussi & Yan Valery were afforded the opportunity to momentarily depart the field of play, to take on board liquids and food.
The pair are currently in the midst of a daily fast for Ramadan, which is broken at sunset across the month of April.

Collins amongst the goals
Shifting attentions back towards the outcome itself at Turf Moor, hosts Burnley ultimately emerged victorious, to deal the club’s survival hopes a timely boost.
Connor Roberts opened the game’s scoring inside the opening quarter of an hour, before Nathan Collins found the net for the 2nd home outing running, to guide the Clarets to within a solitary point of Premier League safety.
