Watch: Heung-min Son amongst Tottenham stars to collapse during gruelling Conte training session

A series of photos and videos stemming from the latest training session held by Premier League outfit Tottenham Hotspur have piqued widespread attentions on Monday evening.

Ahead of the English top-flight kicking back into gear in less than a month’s time, Spurs flew out to South Korea on Saturday evening, with a view to an intensive training camp.

Now under the watch of Antonio Conte for pre-season for the very first time, the Lilywhites’ stars, in turn, were no doubt predicting a tough time of it over the coming days.

Italian tactician Conte’s ruthless practices to whip his players into shape have long been common knowledge, with star performers at the likes of Chelsea and Juventus having named the one-time midfielder as the most demanding boss of their careers.

And yet, based on the latest footage doing the rounds over the course of the day to date, Tottenham’s players have nevertheless been left shell-shocked.

This comes with the club’s boss having shown absolutely no mercy in pushing his squad to its very limits.

Despite the day’s session having marked the first for many on the back of their summer vacations, such players were forced to see out an intensive two hour+ session.

Star attackers Harry Kane and Heung-min Son were amongst those to have been spotted collapsing to the turf over the course of the day.

And yet, they were simply told to ‘get up and go again’, the kind of attitude which, whilst difficult to deal with in the moment, will no doubt benefit Tottenham’s squad immensely upon the season kicking into gear.
