Slavko Matic names 17-man squad to face Bechem United in Cape Coast —

Hearts of Oak Slavko Matic has announced a 17-man squad for the Phobians Ghana Premier League clash with Bechem United at the Cape Coast Sports Stadium on Monday afternoon.

According to sources close to the club, the Serbian has only 15 outfit players available with Richmond Ayi, Eric Ofori Antwi, and Richard Attah being the goalkeepers.

The Phobians have lost 5 players to the Ghana CHAN team even though Daniel Afriyie Barnieh is no longer considered a Hearts of Oak player as his contract with the capital club has run out.

Meanwhile, midfielders Gladson Awako and Suraj Seidu as well as Konadu Yiadom and Dennis Korsah are all unavailable due to international commitments.

However, the former Septemvri Sofia trainer can rely on the experience and exposure of Samuel Inkoom in defence while Salifu Ibrahim and Kwadwo Obeng Junior are also available to him.

DEFENDERS: Samuel Inkoom, Rashid Okine, Zakaria Yakubu, Robert Addo, Caleb Amankwah

FORWARDS: Kwadwo Obeng Junior, Isaac Mensah, Yassan Outaching, Gideon Asante
