The seventh edition of the CAF License C Coaching Course has officially kicked off at the Ghanaman Soccer Centre of Excellence in Prampram.
The first phase, Module I, will run until November 13, 2025, after which participants will undergo a one-month internship with clubs of their choice. They will then return for Module II, the final ten-day stage of the certification process.
The programme is being led by a team of CAF and GFA coaching instructors, headed by GFA Technical Director Prof. Joseph Kwame Mintah, with support from Dr. Prosper Nartey Ogum (Head of Coaching Education), Emmanuel Kwesi Mensah, Charles Anokye Frimpong, and Abukari Damba.
Designed primarily for coaches working in grassroots football, the CAF License C course focuses on modern coaching techniques, player development, and match analysis through both theory and practical field sessions.
The initiative forms part of the Ghana Football Association’s long-term vision to raise coaching standards, expand the pool of certified trainers, and strengthen the technical foundation of Ghana football.
