Antoine Semenyo scored a dramatic late winner as Bournemouth beat Tottenham Hotspur 3-2, ending their 11-game winless run.
The Ghanaian winger, who is set to join Manchester City, curled a right-footed shot past Spurs goalkeeper Guglielmo Vicario in the 95th minute, sparking wild celebrations at the Vitality Stadium.
Semenyo’s goal capped an emotional farewell to Bournemouth, where he has scored 10 goals this season. “He has been if not the best, one of the best I have coached,” said Bournemouth manager Andoni Iraola. “He has improved every single season”
Bournemouth’s win lifts them to 15th in the Premier League table, one point behind Spurs. Semenyo’s strike was his 30th goal in 101 Premier League appearances for Bournemouth.
