Manchester United forward Cristiano Ronaldo returned to training with the rest of his teammates for the first time since the death of his newborn baby son.
Ronaldo and his girlfriend Georgina Rodriguez announced the death of their baby son on Monday night. The Portuguese missed United’s 4-1 humiliation to Liverpool on Tuesday as he was given ‘compassionate’ leave by the club.
The former Real Madrid and Juventus star returned to individual training on Wednesday before he took part in a full session alongside his teammates on Thursday.
The Red Devils, who are currently sixth on the log with 54 points travel to the Emirates Stadium on Saturday to take on Arsenal.
